Privacy Policy

Content by Mira (“Content by Mira,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides AI-assisted content strategy, creation, publishing support, customer communication, and related services. This Privacy Policy explains the information we collect through contentbymira.com and our client onboarding and account connection processes, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, business or brand name, website, audience, offers, content goals, publishing preferences, social profile links or handles, brand voice guidance, links to assets, and other information you include in an onboarding form or message.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number. Social accounts are connected through supported authorization flows; we do not ask clients to send social-media passwords.
Mailbox access uses supported secure authorization methods. Content by Mira does not ask clients to send mailbox passwords through forms or email. Access may be revoked through the relevant mailbox provider.
For Mira Inbox services, we may process the contents and metadata of business email messages that a client authorizes us to access, including sender and recipient details, message text, thread context, labels, and related business information needed to classify, draft, send, organize, escalate, and report on customer communications. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have authority to connect the mailbox and provide this information for processing.
Google user data
When you connect Google Workspace or Gmail, Content by Mira uses the access you approve to read and organize authorized mailbox messages, prepare and send replies under your configured business rules, maintain conversation context, and display connection or service status. We request only the permissions needed to provide Mira Inbox.
Google user data is used only to provide and improve the user-facing Mira Inbox features you request. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to determine creditworthiness. We do not use Google user data to train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. We share or transfer Google user data only with service providers acting on our behalf when necessary to operate the requested service, for security purposes, to comply with law, or as otherwise permitted with your affirmative consent. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Meta account data
When you connect Facebook or Instagram, Content by Mira may store authorized Page or professional account identifiers, access tokens, profile details, messages, comments, and engagement data needed to provide approved publishing, response, analytics, and inbox features. We use this data only to provide the service you requested and do not sell it.
How we use information
We use information to provide and improve our services, respond to inquiries, complete onboarding, create content, manage approved publishing and customer communication workflows, maintain account and billing records, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Service providers
We may use service providers for website hosting and forms, payment processing, email and mailbox authorization, social-media management and scheduling, AI-assisted processing and media creation, analytics, storage, and business operations. These providers process information on our behalf only as needed to deliver the services we use and are subject to contractual or platform obligations governing their processing.
AI-assisted services
Mira Vale is an AI content persona. Information supplied for client work may be processed using AI-assisted tools to draft, transform, organize, classify, or produce content and responses. We use those tools as part of delivering the requested service and apply human direction, client rules, and approval workflows as appropriate to the selected plan. Connected Google user data is not used to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain required records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored with access controls and are not displayed to clients after connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards.
Your choices, revocation, and deletion
You may revoke Google access from your Google Account connections and remove Content by Mira from your Facebook or Instagram business integrations. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete information you have provided by emailing mira@contentbymira.com from the account owner’s email address. Meta users can review our Meta data deletion instructions. We will delete or de-identify connected account data that is no longer needed, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
