These Terms & Conditions govern use of contentbymira.com and purchases of Content by Mira services. By purchasing a plan or submitting onboarding information, you agree to these terms.
Services
Content by Mira provides AI-assisted content strategy, writing, short-form video, publishing support, optimization, AI email-agent services such as Mira Inbox, and related services according to the plan and scope selected. Specific deliverables, cadence, supported platforms, mailbox permissions, approval requirements, and timelines may vary by plan and onboarding agreement.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining rights to materials you supply, reviewing content when approval is required, and ensuring that claims, offers, products, services, and account activity comply with laws, platform rules, and industry requirements applicable to your business.
Accounts and authorization
You retain ownership and control of your connected social and email accounts. Account connections are made through supported secure authorization methods. Do not send passwords through forms or email. You may revoke platform or mailbox access through the relevant service where supported.
For Mira Inbox, you are responsible for authorizing the connected business mailbox, defining approved reply categories, supplying accurate company policies and knowledge, and designating escalation contacts. Automated responses are limited to the permissions and workflows configured for the service, but AI-generated responses can still contain errors. Sensitive or regulated workflows may require human review.
Fees and billing
Pricing is shown at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, recurring plans renew automatically until canceled in accordance with the checkout terms. A one-time onboarding fee may apply. Taxes or third-party fees may apply where required.
AI-generated and assisted content
Mira Vale is an AI content persona. AI-assisted outputs can contain mistakes or require revision. You are responsible for reviewing final content for factual accuracy, legal claims, regulated statements, intellectual-property issues, and suitability for your audience before use where such review is required.
Intellectual property
You retain rights in materials you provide. Subject to payment and any third-party rights or license restrictions, you may use final deliverables created for your business. Content by Mira retains rights in its site, brand, systems, templates, processes, and pre-existing materials.
Third-party services
Our services may depend on third-party platforms such as payment processors, hosting providers, social networks, scheduling tools, email providers, mailbox authorization services, and AI processing services. Their availability, policies, features, and outages are outside our control.
Disclaimers and limitation
Services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee specific audience growth, reach, sales, leads, platform performance, or business outcomes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Content by Mira is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or services.
